I act as an advisor, helping founders turn ambition into a clear strategy and a tactical plan for execution. I’ve done this with companies such as TodayTomorrow and Mimotica.
I act as a kwartiermaker and programme manager, taking an idea from ambition to something tangible, organised and ready to thrive. I’ve done this with organisations such as De Correspondent and Allard Pierson.
I act as a guide: from understanding whether the model is a good fit, to defining the design and implementing it in practice. For this work, I partner with We Are Stewards.
